Chip & Seal is a cheaper option we offer that still serves a similar purpose. When we apply this we use a high grade Tar oil that’s sprayed down on a graded and compacted surface. Once the Tar is down we apply 3/8 of an inch chip rocks at a thin but level grade. We then compact those chip rocks into the tar and allow the surface to set up. We charge $15 a square yard for this.
