With Top Tier Construction we treat our customers with the up mostrespect. We provide Top Tier Asphalt products and services. We treat your parking lots and driveways like home. When we provide asphalt service and products we take every aspect into mind. We will start a project by prepping the perfect base, from there we will lay a very slim layer of asphalt into the base to help keep it together while we begin our work. From there we apply a tac coat. For example on a residential driveway we would lay a 3 to 4 inch thick layer of asphalt. Parking lots we tend to lay a 4 to 5 inch layer, and for really heavy duty areas that see a lot of traffic get a 7 inch layer. Once the asphalt is down we will perfect it with some hand labor. Then comes a compaction roller equipped with a water supply to really settles that asphalt. From there we allow it to setup for a few days if possible.
